en-USPENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBING PROMPTING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS DITINJAU DARI SELF EFFICACY SISWA SMP

<p>This study aims to determine the increase in the ability to understand concepts in terms of self-efficacy between students who receive probing prompting learning models and students who receive conventional learning models. Conceptual understanding is a situation where students find and prove a concept themselves without the memorization process. The research method used Quasi Experimental with a nonequivalent control group design with a research sample consisting of two classes. The results of the study showed that the pretest results obtained an average value of 20.00 and the average pretest results 45.67, while the posttest results showed that the average value in the experimental class was 79.67 while the average value in the control class was 63.00. Based on the average posttest score, both groups experienced a significant increase, especially in the experimental class which experienced a very significant change. The resultshow that mathematical concept understanding ability of students who received learning using the probing prompting model in terms of self-efficacy was better than the mathematical concept understanding ability of students who used conventional learning models. <p><em>This research aims to find out the validity of the development and the practicality of using an Android-based interactive mathematics E-Module in statistics material for class Design, Development and Dissemination. Product trials were carried out on 23 class X Akl2 students and mathematics subject teachers. The results of the research were that the validation stage consisted of three validators, namely, one language expert, one material expert and one media expert with the total average percentage of the three validators being 87.18% in the "very valid" category. At the product testing stage to determine the practicality of using the mathematics E-Module using student response tests and teacher responses, the average score was 85.72% in the "Very Practical" category. So it can be concluded that the use of the Android-based interactive mathematics E-Module in the statistics material for class X students that has been developed is valid and practical so it is suitable for use in the learning process. </em></p>Ida KomalasariRusdian Rifa'iDeni PratidianaBudi Raharjo

<p><strong>Lastri (NIM: 407190011). 2023. </strong>Peningkatan Kemampuan Berfikir Kreatif Matematis Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran <em>Comprehensive Mathematics Instruction </em>(CMI).</p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa SMAN 1 Cihara melalui model pembelajaran <em>Comprehensive Mathematics Instruction </em>(CMI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Cihara. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematika siswa dengan jumlah soal sebanyak 5 soal dengan bentuk uraian, dimana sebelumnya soal tersebut sudah dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran dan daya pembeda serta di uji cobakan terlebih dahulu dan soal tersebut dinyatakan layak digunakan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji perbedaan dua rerata dan <em>Gain Score</em> yang sebelumnya dilakukan prasyarat uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Setelah peneliti mengadakan penelitian dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berdasarkan paparan data, temuan peneliti, dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa melalui model pembelajaran <em>Comprehensive Mathematics Instruction </em>(CMI) pada materi eksponen di SMAN 1 Cihara.</p>lastri lastriIka MeikaRusdian Rifa'i

<p><em>: </em>This research aims to explore the mathematical concepts contained in typical Pandeglang batik motifs, namely the Leuit Salisung Pare Sapocong batik motif, the Kadu Sakangkot batik motif, and the Jojorong Sapasung batik motif. The approach used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive exploratory method. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with batik craftsmen, and documentation of the batik motifs. The research results show that there are various mathematical concepts reflected in these batik motifs, such as geometric concepts, geometric transformations, and the concept of congruence. The Leuit Salisung Pare Sapocong motif contains geometric concepts, namely regular pentagons, triangles and squares, there are also geometric transformation concepts, namely translation and the concept of congruence, the Kadu Sakang motif contains the geometric concepts of rhombuses and half circles, there are also geometric transformation concepts such as translation and reflection and concepts. congruence. <p data-start="110" data-end="1918"><strong data-start="110" data-end="122">Abstract</strong><br data-start="122" data-end="125"> This study aims to examine the differences in students’ mathematical creative thinking skills between those taught using the Resource Based Learning (RBL) model and those taught with conventional methods on the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV). The research background is based on the low level of mathematical literacy achievement among Indonesian students as reflected in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2022, where Indonesia’s mathematics score remains far below the OECD average. This indicates that many students struggle to understand concepts, solve problems, and connect mathematical knowledge to real-life situations. The situation is worsened by the dominance of conventional teaching methods that emphasize memorization rather than deep conceptual understanding and creativity development. The instrument was a descriptive test based on indicators of mathematical creative thinking: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, and independent t-tests. The results show a significant difference between the two groups (Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that RBL is more effective than conventional teaching in improving students’ mathematical creative thinking skills.</p>Muhamad Eka Septian
