IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GNOMIO ASSISTED BLENDED LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE CONCEPT UNDERSTANDING ABILITY IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts between students who follow the Blended Learning learning model and students who follow conventional learning. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The sample in this study was class X PMR A as the experimental class and class X PMR B as the control class. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was class X PMR A as the experimental class and class X PMR B as the control class. The data analysis used by the researcher is by using the Mann Whitney test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and N-gain testing, it can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant difference between experimental class and the control group because it can be seen that the significant level obtained from the test mann whitney is 0.008 which means that at a significant level < 0.05 1 is accepted. 2) by calculating the N-gain score, it can be seen that the average N-gain value for the experimental class (combined learning model) 59.39% even in the quite effective category
